Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician or late term apprentice to join our team, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role Applicants should have a solid understanding of schematics and mechanical systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality service for both our Residential and Commercial Customer Base.

Duties

Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and institutional settings
Perform routine maintenance to ensure efficient operation of heating and cooling equipment
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for system installation and repairs
Service Furnaces, RTU's, Boilers, A/C's and mechanical systems integral to HVAC operations
Diagnose mechanical issues using specialized tools and techniques
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes
Document service activities accurately for maintenance records
Be available for On Call after hours service rotation

Experience

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in the Residential and or Commercial Sector for a minimum of 3 years
313D/A and or Gas 3 (2 preferred)
Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics effectively
Familiarity with maintenance procedures for various mechanical components

Pay: $36.00-$48.00 per hour
