Full job description

A progressive and growing commercial roofing company is now looking to add another sales manager to its staff of professionals. The candidate should have a minimum of five years of business to business sales experience, and must be personable and professional in demeanor and deportment. The position offers the right candidate a base salary plus an excellent commission sales package. Sales managers in this position should earn on average approximately $100,000 per annum (salary & commissions combined). Interested candidates must possess a valid drivers’ license, their own vehicle and know how to operate a computer within the Microsoft suite environment (word, excel, outlook, etc.). Construction sales background is an asset but we will train if necessary. Individuals in this position obtain leads from our in-house marketing efforts as well as generate their own with progressive monthly and quarterly targets. Sales Executive – Roofing

Responsible for generating new business, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth within the roofing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, lead generation, and prospecting.

● Meet with commercial customers to assess roofing needs and recommend suitable solutions.

● Conduct roof inspections, gather project details, and prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and contracts.

● Present roofing products and services clearly and professionally to potential clients.

● Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract signing and project handoff.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and commercial clients.

● Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotes to maximize conversion rates.

● Collaborate with operations, production, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

● Stay current on roofing products, materials, industry trends, and local building requirements.

● Address customer questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

● Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.

● Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
