Hello, I’m Caroline, a Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance roles. I handle two types of placements: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal’s South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and understands your industry. We cover roles in accounting, finance, and payroll. I am currently seeking an Accounts Payable Technician for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent, on-site position.

YOUR MISSIONS

Process supplier invoices and verify their accuracy.
Make payments by check or electronic transfer.
Ensure that payment deadlines are met.
Communicate with suppliers to follow up on accounts.
Keep records and accounting software up to date.
Assist with related tasks in the accounts payable cycle.

YOUR PROFILE

DEC or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
Experience in accounts payable, ideally in real estate.
Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to handle a high volume of transactions.
Team player with working knowledge of English.

PROCESS: Initial interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the General Manager.
