Northern Ontario Territory: Greater Sudbury, Sault Ste. Marie, Thunder Bay, Timmins, North Bay, Elliot Lake, Espanola, Manitoulin Island, Parry Sound, Huntsville, Kapuskasing, Hearst, Cochrane, Kirkland Lake, Temiskaming Shores, Dryden, Kenora, Fort Frances, Sioux Lookout, Marathon, Nipigon, Atikokan, Red Lake, Greenstone, Wawa, and surrounding communities.

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Outside Sales Representative with a true hunter mentality to expand our market presence across Southwestern Ontario. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential for someone who thrives on developing new business and building long-term client relationships.

You will represent a growing Canadian company specializing in kitchens, closets, bathroom vanities, interior finishes, and cabinetry solutions for residential and commercial projects.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and strategic business development.
Build relationships with:
Home builders
Residential and commercial developers
Property management companies
General contractors
Architects
Designers
Government agencies and municipalities
Commercial businesses
Renovation companies
Multi-family housing providers
Hospitality and institutional clients
Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through project completion.
Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and project execution.
Attend networking events, trade shows, builder associations, and industry functions.
Continuously identify new markets and creative ways to generate business.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

A true hunter who enjoys opening doors and winning new business.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed.
Proven experience in outside sales, construction sales, building materials, kitchens, cabinetry, closets, millwork, or related industries is an asset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience using CRM software is considered an asset.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Willingness to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario.

100% Commission-Based
