About Us

At Newfoundland HVAC, you will become part of a team with over 30 years of industry experience. Our goal is to support our valued customers with the highest quality Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration and HVAC service.

Since our incorporation in 1990, Newfoundland HVAC has remained a locally owned and operated company. Our headquarters are located in Mount Pearl, Newfoundland.

Newfoundland HVAC is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Supervisor / Delivery Driver to join our growing team. This is a full-time position offering a combination of warehouse management and material delivery responsibilities while supporting our mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC operations.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
Pick, stage, and load materials for construction and service crews.
Deliver materials and equipment to job sites throughout the region.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control.
Coordinate deliveries with project managers and field staff.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and supplier pickups.
Perform routine inspections of company vehicles and report maintenance requirements.
Ensure all warehouse and delivery operations comply with company safety policies.

Qualifications

Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.
Previous warehouse, logistics, or construction material handling experience is considered an asset.
Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Experience in the HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical industry is considered an asset.
