Salary Range - $90,000 - $125,000

Anticipated Start Date – As soon as possible

Location – Welland, Ontario

Schedule – 5 day work week, Mondays to Saturdays (evenings and Saturdays required)

What You’ll Do

● Develop and execute new and pre-owned vehicle sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.

● Lead the day-to-day sales operation, including customer engagement, lead management and inventory management.

● Recruit, train, coach and mentor a high-performing sales team.

● Monitor sales performance, coach to goals and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

● Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

● Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional customer service.

● Negotiate, desk and help close deals while supporting your team.

● Utilize CRM and dealership tools to track performance, manage leads and generate reports.

● Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams to maximize lead generation and sales initiatives.

● Ensure every customer receives an outstanding buying experience.

What We’re Looking For

● Proven success in automotive sales management or a similar leadership role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Excellent desking, negotiation and closing skills.

● Strong leadership with a passion for coaching, developing and motivating people.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

● Experience using CRM systems and automotive dealership software is considered an asset.

● Detail-oriented, self-motivated and highly organized with excellent time management skills.

● OMVIC certification.

● Valid driver’s licence.

Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience.
