Job Summary

Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse is hiring a full-time Social Media & Content Creator, based at our Fallsview location in Niagara Falls and creating for all three Copa restaurants plus our sister brand, La Favella.

This is a hands-on production role, not a desk job. Fire, carving, cocktails, packed dining rooms, Copa After Dark on Friday and Saturday nights — you'll be on the floor with a camera during service, capturing it, and turning it around fast.

Where you'll work

Your home base is Niagara Falls. One day each week you'll travel to one of our other locations, alternating between Toronto (Eglinton) and Vaughan, so roughly two visits to each per month. Each is about a 90-minute drive from Niagara Falls. A valid G licence and a reliable vehicle are required.

What you'll do

Shoot and edit photo and video content across all four venues — Reels, TikToks, Stories, and feed posts
Own the day-to-day content calendar and posting schedule for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Cover live programming: Ladies Night, Copa After Dark, Copa Showtime, seasonal promotions, and private events
Build a reusable library of b-roll and food photography for use in paid campaigns
Write captions that sound like the brand, not like a template
Reply to comments and DMs, and flag anything that needs a manager
Report monthly on what's working — reach, saves, shares, follower growth

What we're looking for

A portfolio of content you personally shot and edited. This matters more than your résumé.
Confident with a camera or phone in a live, busy, low-light restaurant environment
Strong editing skills — CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, Lightroom, or equivalent
A real feel for what performs on Reels and TikTok right now
Available evenings and weekends. Restaurant content happens during service.
Based in or near the Niagara region
Valid G licence and access to a reliable vehicle for weekly travel to Toronto and Vaughan
