Full job description

PR General Contractors Inc. is looking for an organized, professional, and creative Office & Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities while supporting the company's marketing and business development activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling office operations, communicating with clients and suppliers, maintaining records, and managing digital marketing and social media.

Responsibilities

Handle daily office administration, emails, phone calls, and general correspondence.
Organize company documents, files, records, invoices, and other paperwork.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and project-related activities.
Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and employees.
Prepare letters, reports, forms, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
Maintain and update company databases and administrative records.
Manage and update company social media accounts.
Create and schedule social media posts and marketing content.
Assist with online advertising, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Create promotional materials, flyers, and digital content.
Respond to online inquiries and help maintain the company's professional online presence.
Support management with general office, marketing, and business development activities.
Perform other related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in office administration, marketing, or a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, and online platforms.
Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content creation.
Experience with Canva or similar design tools is an asset.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills.
Experience in the construction industry is an asset but not required.
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Pay: $16.75-$24.00 per hour
