Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality while managing staff, budgets, and guest services.

Duties

Supervise and lead hotel staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service.
Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability.
Coordinate human resources functions, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Address guest complaints and feedback promptly to maintain a positive environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel premises.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere by promoting excellent customer service across all departments.
Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with guests and staff alike.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel operations.

Requirements

Proven experience in hotel management or a related field.
Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising staff.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management within the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in front desk operations and guest services management.
Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
Strong human resources skills, including recruitment and training experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
