Victoria Hyundai is experiencing tremendous growth, and we're looking for an experienced Special/Subprime Business Manager to join our high-performing team.

What You'll Do

Handle both front-end and back-end sales and finance transactions.
Manage subprime customers through dealership-generated leads and finance department overflow.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
Present and explain finance products, including warranties, insurance, and protection packages.
Ensure all legal and financial documentation is completed accurately and confidentially.
Work closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership success.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of automotive finance experience (preferred).
Previous leadership or management experience is an asset.
Strong understanding of automotive sales and finance processes.
Extensive knowledge of subprime financing.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Eligibility to work in Canada.
A TEAM-first attitude with a passion for helping customers.
