Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our culinary team and craft exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation, and managing kitchen operations. Duties

Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and cooking processes
Develop innovative menus that highlight fresh ingredients and current culinary trends
Oversee food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain strict food safety standards
Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
Train and mentor team members in cooking techniques, food presentation, and customer service skills
Ensure all dishes meet quality standards before serving and address any issues promptly
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to deliver seamless food service experiences for guests

Skills

Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong food preparation and cooking skills across various cuisines
Extensive food service experience with a focus on quality and consistency
Leadership abilities to manage teams effectively and foster a collaborative environment
Knowledge of restaurant management principles including inventory control and cost management
Expertise in food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices
Excellent communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation
Experience with bartending or serving is a plus for versatile guest engagement
Passion for the food industry with a commitment to hospitality excellence

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
