Full job description

KTH Shelburne Mfg is a Tier One supplier of welded automotive components/ parts and is accepting applications for an experienced electrician to join our team as a Maintenance Group Leader working rotational shifts.

Job Duties:

Perform routine preventive maintenance on all assigned machinery/ equipment and check equipment for wear and possible down time to prevent major problems and emergency shutdowns
Troubleshooting equipment, which can include but is not limited to Robotics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics and PLC’s
Daily checks for safety issues and countermeasures
Responsible for tracking completion of all safety work orders within 5 working days of submission
Supervise Associates on shift and maintain communication between Maintenance Associates
Complete daily Group Leader report and forward information to Associates
Other duties as business needs require

What We Look For:

Licensed trades-person (Ticketed electrician with 442A or 309A, or a 433A Millwright with an electrical aptitude)
1-2 years of direct responsibility for supervision within a manufacturing environment or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience working in an automotive or equivalent industry experience working with Fanuc is considered an asset
Demonstrated experience working with robots and highly automated equipment
Excellent time and Project Management skills
Must be able to travel nationally as well as internationally with a valid passport
Must be willing to work Overtime when required
