Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. This vital role combines administrative leadership with comprehensive bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial management. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and proficient in various accounting software platforms.

Duties

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support
Oversee bookkeeping functions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable transactions
Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy
Handle payroll processing and related employee compensation tasks
Reconcile accounts regularly and prepare financial reports for management review
Assist with budgeting processes and financial planning activities

Requirements

Proven experience with accounting software QuickBooks
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting practices
Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial recordkeeping
Ability to communicate clearly and work independently in a fast-paced environment
