Full-Time | Competitive Compensation ($27–$35/hour based on experience)

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced dental office, enjoy working with patients, and take pride in keeping a busy schedule running efficiently, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a busy appointment schedule
Verify dental insurance eligibility and submit insurance claims
Prepare treatment estimates and discuss financial arrangements with patients
Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients
Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries professionally
Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software
Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Deliver outstanding customer service and create an exceptional patient experience

Qualifications

Dental experience REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years of dental front desk experience
Only candidates with previous dental office experience will be considered
Experience with Dentrix (or other dental practice management software)
Strong understanding of dental insurance verification and claims processing
Experience with scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial arrangements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
