Who we need
Our next junior crew member will take care of renovations, maintenance, and property repairs on a team.
What you have
- 1 year of experience in the field
- Know the basics of construction tools - without a question, you know how to use a wide range of construction tools
- A High Standard for Quality - you value doing the job right every step of the way
- A Positive Mindset - you have a positive outlook in doing your work
- Good Etiquette - you care about how you present yourself and you like punctual to make sure you do the job right from the get-go
- Customer Service - your key focus is the customer and building a positive relationship
- Being a Problem Solver - you enjoy solving problems and finding the solution
- Ability to do Heavy-duty Work - this can be a labour-intensive role, you are physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lbs
Nice if you have:
- Well-rounded in construction and renovation skills: Drywall, mudding, taping, painting, concrete, framing, brick and mortar/masonry, excavating, aluminum bending, working at heights, insulation, roofing, flooring, tiling, carpentry, interlocking patios and driveways, windows and doors, fence and deck construction, landscaping, interior finishing, equipment operating, any other relatable home repair, construction experience or general labour
