Full job description

Take the next step in your career with Neighbourly Pharmacy as a Full-Time Cambridge based Relief Pharmacist, where you'll be supported by a company whose commitment to growth, innovation, and excellence has been recognized through numerous national awards, including named as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for the last five consecutive years (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025).

In this role, you will support multiple locations within a three-hour radius of Cambridge, Ontario, bringing your expertise where it's needed most. Enjoy the variety of travel while still returning home to sleep in your own bed each night, no overnight stays required! Mileage and meal reimbursements are provided where applicable.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:

Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development. Administer vaccines and immunizations
Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions
Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health-related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage
Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice
Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
Injection certification is required
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
