Summary

We are seeking a dedicated 1st or 2nd 308A or 308R Sheet Metal Apprentice with prior experience to join our team in. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide top-quality mechanical services by assisting with sheet metal fabrication and installation tasks. Join us to develop your skills in a dynamic environment focused on safety and excellence.
Responsibilities

Assist with the fabrication and installation of sheet metal components for HVAC systems.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to support project execution.
Use hand tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
Support senior technicians in maintaining quality standards.
Help ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Learn about various aspects of HVAC systems related to sheet metal work.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction practices.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Prior experience in HVAC is required.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Prior construction or carpentry experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license is required.
