Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team at Fern + Cedar Brewing Company in Qualicum Beach. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment, supporting our culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene. Your contribution helps us deliver outstanding experiences to our patrons.
Responsibilities

Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and sinks.
Support food preparation activities by ensuring all tools and surfaces are sanitized.
Assist in waste disposal and recycling procedures.
Follow health and safety regulations diligently.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Manage dishwashing equipment efficiently to minimize downtime.
Uphold cleanliness standards that reflect our commitment to quality.
Qualifications
Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations.
Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is advantageous.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
