Full job description

Job Summary

LPI Roofing and Exteriors is looking for an experience individual who focuses on Metal Roofing to fill a Full Time/All Year position in our company.

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Roofer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing materials, safety protocols, and construction techniques to ensure durable and high-quality results. The Roofer will work closely with project managers and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and safely.

Duties

Measure and cut roofing materials using hand tools and power tools
Install various roofing systems including shingles, metal, standing seam and other materials
Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and perform necessary repairs
Perform heavy lifting of roofing materials and equipment safely
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and debris removal
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries on-site

Requirements

Proven experience in roofing of all types
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
Knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and safety procedures
Strong physical stamina with the ability to work at heights
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Prior experience with construction safety protocols is a plus
Valid driver’s license is preferred for job site access
