About the Job

We are looking for a full-time Energetic, Enthusiastic, Reliable & Self-Motivated Sales Consultant to join our team! Customer experience is #1 and your attitude must reflect that. Position Objective

Provide customers with information regarding vehicles for sale.
Complete sales of automobiles while offering additional products and/or services.
Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
Generate and develop new customer accounts.
Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
Meet and greet customers professionally and courteously.
Follow the documented dealership sales processes.
Attending to incoming sales calls.
Maintains a high level of personal appearance consistent with the standards set by the dealership.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and/or customer service.
Strong public relations skills.
Highly motivated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in computer, telephone, and texting skills.
Digital and social media experience considered an asset.
Valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s license.
OMVIC registration completed and test booked prior to hiring
Annual Income Potential for $100k +
