Server/Bartender Qualifications:

You are a positive, fun-loving person with a growth mindset
You have a minimum or 1-2 years of previous experience serving/bartending in a comparable full-service restaurant environment
You are available to work a during the nights, weekends and holidays, you may also be able to work during the day
You are Smart Serve Certified
You are ‘all about’ providing Guests with an amazing experience that makes them want to return to see you
You are a strong team player with great communication skills
You are keen and ready to learn our food, beverage and service standards
You never turn your head from a standard
You may be passionate about beer, and may have a good level of beer knowledge
You may be interested in growing your hospitality career
You are physically able to remain standing & active for extended periods
You are able to make a minimum 1-year commitment to our team
