Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Gestionnaire de Production Terrain expérimenté(e) et motivé(e) pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes liées à l’entretien de pelouse, l’horticulture, l’irrigation, la fertilisation et la maintenance paysagère.

Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) possède de fortes aptitudes en leadership, en gestion d’équipes et en coordination des opérations terrain dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.

Responsabilités principales

Superviser et coordonner les équipes terrain
Assurer le bon déroulement des opérations quotidiennes de façon efficace et sécuritaire
Planifier les horaires, les routes, les ressources et les équipements
Effectuer des visites de chantiers et des inspections de qualité
Former et encadrer les chefs d’équipe et employés
Assurer l’entretien adéquat des véhicules, outils et équipements
Suivre la productivité, les heures de travail et les performances des équipes
Collaborer avec les équipes administratives et les clients
Maintenir des standards élevés de qualité et de satisfaction client

Qualifications recherchées

Expérience en aménagement paysager, horticulture ou gestion des opérations terrain
Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d’équipe
Bonne connaissance des pratiques d’entretien paysager, irrigation et fertilisation
Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et en résolution de problèmes
Bilinguisme français/anglais requis
L’espagnol est considéré comme un atout
Permis de conduire valide obligatoire
Expérience dans l’industrie de l’aménagement paysager ou de la construction (atout important)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Production Manager to oversee daily operations related to lawn care, horticultural maintenance, irrigation, fertilization, and landscape maintenance services.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent operational coordination and team management skills who thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all field crews
Ensure daily operations run efficiently and safely
Coordinate schedules, routing, staffing, and equipment allocation
Conduct site visits and quality control inspections
Train and mentor crew leaders and field staff
Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of vehicles and equipment
Monitor productivity, labor hours, and team performance
Communicate with office staff and clients regarding operations and scheduling
Maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or field operations management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of landscaping maintenance, irrigation, and fertilization practices
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Bilingual French/English required
Spanish is considered an asset
Valid driver’s license required
Experience in the landscaping or construction industry is a strong advantage
