Full job description

Sarnia Golf and Curling Club’s exceptional culinary team and professional management staff take pride in their impeccable member service, attention to detail and flawless presentation and quality.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the set up and preparation, and provide service duties for functions as required

· Support the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations

· Ensure an efficient and safe delivery of all food and beverage orders in line with guest expectations ensuring an exceptional level of service is always maintained

· Ensure that all front of house and guest areas are well always maintained

· Any other duties as directed by the Restaurant & Bar Manager or other member of the management team

What You Bring

· Two+ years of serving experience

· Smart Serve 18+

· Ability to multitask, prioritize changing situations ·

· Self-motivated and driven

· Ability to act with professionalism and confidentiality

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and outgoing personality and an ability to interact with people at all levels

· Positive and flexible approach to work (weekend and evening work will be required)
