Full job description

Ontario Canada Registered Physios ONLY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in assessing patients' physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans to help them regain mobility, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. All patient care is delivered through our digital platform.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough virtual assessments of patients' physical conditions, including reviewing medical histories and evaluating movement, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, setting achievable goals for patients' recovery and improvement.
Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support their recovery and prevent further injuries.
Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Communicate with on-site facility staff to support patient care delivery.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice as set by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.

Qualifications

Registered physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, with the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical settings.
Comfortable with virtual care and telehealth delivery.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients.
Proficiency with digital platforms and electronic documentation tools.
Professional liability insurance.
