Veterinarian – New Brunswick (Riverview, Quispamsis & Fredericton)

Veterinary Urgent Care Group is an employee-owned veterinary healthcare network with a mission to give veterinary medicine back to veterinary professionals.

We have locations across New Brunswick and are hiring veterinarians to join our teams in Riverview, Quispamsis, and Fredericton.

Work full-time from your preferred hospital
Flexibility to split your schedule between two or all three New Brunswick locations

Our Advanced Urgent Care Model

Our Advanced Urgent Care model bridges the gap between general practice and emergency medicine. We provide the fast-paced, interesting medicine you love—without overnight shifts or a whiteboard full of inpatients.

Our veterinarians manage a diverse caseload focused on urgent and complex medical and surgical cases rather than routine wellness appointments. You'll have access to advanced diagnostics, surgical and procedural opportunities, and a collaborative team that practices high-quality medicine while prioritizing exceptional client communication.

As an employee-owner, you'll have a voice in how we grow, improve, and operate our hospitals.

Employee ownership opportunity (10% hospital-equivalent ownership at the parent company level)
Quarterly profit-sharing bonus
Base salary of $120,000 or 25% production (whichever is greater)
Typical total compensation of $120,000–$170,000+
Average 36 hour work week

Who We're Looking For

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
Eligible for licensure in New Brunswick

Interest in veterinary business and ownership
