Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Receptionist/Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, experience in medical offices, and a professional demeanor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with patient interactions, and supporting daily office functions to ensure smooth clinic operations. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to work in a friendly, patient-focused environment.

Duties

Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service at the front desk
Answer phone
Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits using electronic medical records Juvonno
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including updating medical records and insurance information
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized office records
Handle correspondence, emails, and other communication channels professionally
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day

Experience

Prior experience as a receptionist or in a medical office setting is highly preferred
Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant healthcare environments is a plus
Office experience involving front desk operations, and administrative support is desirable
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality are essential
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills will be beneficial
