Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented professional to join our team. Our busy professional office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper/Office Manager with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

About You

You are a meticulous, reliable, and highly motivated bookkeeper who takes pride in your work. You thrive in a role where your attention to detail and strong work ethic directly impacts client success and business growth. You are a self-starter who can work independently but also enjoys collaborating with others.

Required Experience & Education:

Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
A Bookkeeping Certificate, Accounting Diploma, or a similar education is mandatory.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior bookkeeping role.
Proficiency with QuickBooks/QBO and a strong working knowledge of other accounting software.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).

Your Responsibilities

Perform all aspects of full-cycle bookkeeping, including A/P, A/R, and bank reconciliations.
Manage A/R collections and prepare A/P cheques.
Payroll and HR experience
Complete accurate GST balancing and filing.
Month end reporting
Prepare yearend financial records and assist with financial reporting.
Lead and assist other bookkeepers, ensuring all work meets our high standards.
Provide professional and confidential client services across a variety of industries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Willingness to take on new projects and challenges as they arise.
