Qualified Blue Leads helps home-service contractors stop chasing bad leads and start closing real jobs. We deliver exclusive, pre-qualified, high-ticket homeowner leads with territory protection — not shared scrap leads.

We’re a small, fast-moving team hiring a Sales Representative to sell our lead programs to contractors across the U.S. (painting, tree care, construction, roofing, renovations, and more). You’ll own outreach, demos, and closing — and help contractors grow booked jobs with exclusive markets.

If you can sell outcomes (more booked jobs, better cost per acquisition, protected territories), this role fits.

What you’ll do

Prospect and outreach to U.S. home-service contractors (outbound calls, follow-ups, inbound demo pipeline)

Run discovery and demos of Qualified Blue Leads: exclusive territories, AI qualification, real-time delivery, month-to-month flexibility

Close new clients on exclusive market / zip-based lead packages

Handle objections around lead quality, exclusivity, pricing, and switching from shared-lead platforms

Coordinate handoff to onboarding so new clients are set up cleanly (territory, daily volume, service area)

Hit activity and revenue targets; keep CRM and deal notes current

Collaborate daily with a small Slack-based team (sales, quality, client success)

What we’re looking for

Proven B2B or phone sales experience (home services, SaaS, marketing services, or lead gen preferred)

Comfortable with high-volume outbound and consultative closing

Clear, confident communicator who can explain exclusivity and ROI simply

Self-directed; thrives in a small team without heavy process

Reliable schedule with strong Eastern Time availability

CRM / dialer familiarity a plus (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector experience helpful)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (or remote from a location where you can sell to U.S. contractors)
