Digital Media Buyer & Social Strategy Manager

Full-Time | Remote

Canadian Fertility Consultants is seeking an experienced, performance-driven Digital Media Buyer & Social Strategy Manager to lead our paid advertising and social media strategy.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create thoughtful, compelling campaigns that connect with women, while also delivering measurable results. You will be responsible for building and scaling paid campaigns, achieving lead targets for our sales teams, and ensuring our organic and paid social strategies work together.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other relevant platforms
Build a cohesive strategy that connects paid advertising with organic social content
Meet established lead volume, cost-per-lead, and lead-quality targets
Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing, data-informed optimizations
Test audiences, creative concepts, messaging, landing pages, and campaign structures
Collaborate closely with our in-house graphic designer to develop high-performing creative
Provide clear creative direction based on campaign data and audience insights
Track and report on campaign performance, lead flow, conversion rates, and return on ad spend
Work with our sales and intake teams to understand lead quality and improve campaign outcomes
Identify new opportunities to expand reach, strengthen our brand, and grow our community

Qualifications

Proven professional experience managing and scaling paid digital advertising campaigns
A strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns designed to reach and engage women
Demonstrated success generating qualified leads and meeting performance targets
Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Strong understanding of social media strategy, audience development, and conversion-focused content
Experience analyzing campaign data and translating insights into action
Ability to balance compassionate, people-centred messaging with performance goals
Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Experience collaborating with graphic designers, copywriters, sales teams, or other internal stakeholders

Experience in fertility, women’s health, healthcare, parenting, wellness, or another sensitive and highly personal field would be considered a strong asset.

Success in this role means consistently generating qualified leads for our sales teams, improving advertising performance over time, and creating a strong connection between our paid campaigns, social presence, and overall brand.

You will understand that our advertising is not simply about clicks or impressions. It is about reaching women with care, building trust, and inspiring them to take the next step.

We are looking for someone who can pair strong performance marketing expertise with the sensitivity and creativity required to represent this work responsibly.
