Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing exceptional front desk support and patient care. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

Duties

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.
Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar.
Maintain accurate patient records using dental software (Cleardent).
Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services.
Process patient insurance claims and verify coverage details.
Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and high-quality care.
Stay updated on medical terminology and office procedures to assist patients effectively.

Skills

Experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
Proficient in front desk operations and managing phone systems.
Familiarity with dental software, specifically Cleardent, is a plus.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dental practices.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Strong organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and office supplies efficiently.
