Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Co-ordinator for Key Accounts to join our dynamic USA division. This role is integral to managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and will work directly with Senior Sales – USA division. You will be responsible to prepare and pitch for ongoing and new customers in the USA, and will support the USA Order Fulfillment Supervisor with their responsibility of the administration and execution of orders from these customers as necessary.

Responsibilities include:

Responsible for sales support for Mass/Key Account activity in USA, including but not limited to:
Preparing and sending sample shipments to customers
Sales support including the creation of presentations, preparation of quote sheets, and the general internal coordination of customer programs including liaising with Planning, Purchasing, Compliance, other sales staff, etc
May be required to monitor and analyze customer sales data.
May be required to communicate directly with retail customers, promptly and efficiently.
And any other general sales tasks that are needed to meet customer objectives.
May be required to travel for USA trade shows/customer meetings
In addition to the above, for key Mass Account sales meetings, responsible for spearheading and quarterbacking the project of deck creation, item info gathering, sample creation etc for the successful execution of these key meetings.
Vendor and item setups. Responsible for gathering and communicating all information needed for the successful completion of any USA Mass and key account vendor or item setup processes, keeping this information straight and organized for all stakeholders
Receive mass/key account customer POs for USA territory, review and ensure accuracy of details and ability to ship as written, bring any issues to attention of Sales Manager, and work with USA Supervisor to ensure these orders are correctly entered into ERP system
Responsible for reviewing all mass customer ‘Vendor Guides’ to understand and maintain all requirements for each USA mass customer, working with Purchasing and USA Fulfilment team to execute as necessary
Licensing approvals support. Responsible for supporting Senior Sales – USA also in their responsibility of administering the licensing approval process for licensed items.

Experience

Proven experience in account management or sales coordination
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Demonstrated analysis skills for interpreting sales data and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
Experience in customer service roles with a focus on relationship building is highly desirable.
Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to client engagement is a plus.
