C’est dans cette perspective que nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire SIOP, basé(e) à notre siège social canadien situé à Laval (Québec). Relevant directement du directeur général Canada, le ou la gestionnaire SIOP sera responsable de diriger le processus SIOP canadien, incluant la planification de la demande, la planification des stocks, la coordination des achats, l’exactitude des prévisions ainsi que la coordination de la planification interfonctionnelle. Cette personne travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des ventes, des opérations, des achats, de la fabrication, de la gestion de produits et des finances afin d’assurer l’alignement entre la demande des clients et les capacités d’approvisionnement, d’optimiser les investissements en inventaire, d’améliorer les niveaux de service et de soutenir une prise de décision basée sur les données à travers les opérations canadiennes.

Responsabilités principales

Surveiller la santé des inventaires, notamment les niveaux de service, les stocks excédentaires et désuets, les inventaires vieillissants, les ruptures de stock, la rotation des stocks et l’incidence sur le fonds de roulement, puis recommander des actions visant à optimiser les investissements en inventaire tout en maintenant un haut niveau de service à la clientèle.
Coordonner les activités avec les fournisseurs, la production et les partenaires de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, au besoin.
Assurer la supervision et la coordination des activités d’approvisionnement pour le Canada au sein de l’équipe nord-américaine de gestion des stocks, en veillant à ce que les plans d’achats reflètent la demande canadienne, les délais des fournisseurs, les exigences de service et les objectifs d’inventaire.
Diriger et animer le processus mensuel SIOP pour le Canada, incluant la revue de la demande, la revue de l’offre, la revue des inventaires, l’analyse des écarts, la planification de scénarios, les présentations à la direction et le suivi des actions convenues.
Élaborer et maintenir des modèles de prévisions annuelles, mensuelles et glissantes en s’appuyant sur les ventes historiques, les informations clients, les tendances du marché, le cycle de vie des produits et les données d’affaires.
Développer et améliorer les processus, les outils et les méthodes de travail afin d’accroître l’efficacité des opérations.
Collaborer avec les responsables des différentes fonctions afin d’harmoniser les hypothèses liées à la demande, à l’approvisionnement, aux inventaires et aux finances, tout en optimisant l’utilisation des stocks, des ressources et du fonds de roulement.
Développer, suivre et maintenir les indicateurs de performance (KPI) liés aux inventaires et au processus SIOP.
Analyser les tendances et formuler des recommandations afin d’améliorer la performance.

Qualifications

Minimum de 7 ans d’expérience en gestion des stocks, planification de la production, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou SIOP.
Formation, perfectionnement et/ou expérience professionnelle pertinente dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience du cycle d’approvisionnement et des achats requise.
Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier, un atout.
Excellente connaissance des processus de planification de la production et des achats.
Expérience avec un système ERP.

It is with this view and vision that we are currently seeking a SIOP Manager, based out of our Canadian headquarters in Laval, QC. Reporting directly to the Canadian General Manager, the SIOP Manager will lead the Canadian SIOP process, including demand planning, inventory planning, purchasing coordination, forecast accuracy, and cross-functional planning cadence. The role will work closely with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Finance to align customer demand with supply capability, optimize inventory investment, improve service levels, and support data-driven decision-making across the Canadian region.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor inventory health, including service levels, excess and obsolete inventory, aged inventory, stockouts, inventory turns, and working capital impact, and recommend actions to optimize inventory investment while maintaining customer service levels.
Coordinate with vendors, production and supply chain partners where needed.
Provide Canadian oversight and coordination for purchasing activities within the North American Inventory Management team, ensuring purchase plans reflect Canadian demand, supplier lead times, service requirements, and inventory targets.
Lead and facilitate the monthly Canadian SIOP process, including demand review, supply review, inventory review, gap analysis, scenario planning, executive reporting, and follow-up on agreed actions.
Develop and maintain annual, monthly, and rolling forecast models using historical sales, customer input, market trends, product lifecycle information, and business intelligence.
Process development and improvement, including tools and process to create more efficient operations.
Collaborate with functional leaders to align demand, supply, inventory, and financial assumptions and drive effective use of inventory, resources, and working capital.
Develop and maintain inventory and SIOP KPI’s.
Analyze trends and provide recommendations to improve performance.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in inventory management, production planning, supply chain, or SIOP.
Relevant education, training, and/or professional experience in a related field.
Experience with purchase cycle and buying is required.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
Strong knowledge of production planning and purchasing processes.
Experience with ERP systems.
