Job Description
Farrow Built is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our growing team in Enderby, BC. This full-time, in-person role is focused on closing high-value construction contracts through a combination of qualified inbound leads and proactive outbound outreach.
The Sales Representative plays a direct role in driving company revenue, building strong customer relationships, and supporting Farrow Built’s long-term growth goals. Essential Functions
The Sales Representative will:
- Close high-ticket construction contracts using Farrow Built’s proven sales process
- Manage inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and other lead sources
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to generate new sales opportunities
- Build strong relationships with qualified prospects through phone, video, and in-person communication
- Conduct video consultations and phone appointments with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records, notes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity within the CRM system
- Meet daily metrics, weekly performance goals, and monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact through project handoff
- Represent Farrow Built professionally at industry events, networking opportunities, and client-facing interactions
- Achieve sales results that align with company revenue goals and growth targets

Qualifications

Education and Experience
Required:
- Proven success with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and closing warm leads
- Comfortable with high-volume phone and video communication
- Experience managing a pipeline, tracking activity, and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Ability to succeed in a commission-based, performance-driven role
Preferred:
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales experience in inside sales, outside sales, or a related sales role
- Commission-based sales experience
- Construction, contracting, or trades experience
- Experience or existing connections in agriculture, agri-business, equestrian or horse facilities, commercial development, or real estate
Physical and Environmental Requirements
This is a full-time, in-person position based at the Farrow Built office in Enderby, BC.
The role is primarily performed in an office environment and requires regular use of a computer, phone, video conferencing tools, and CRM software. The Sales Representative may sit for extended periods of time, participate in frequent phone and video appointments, attend in-person meetings, and occasionally represent the company at events or networking opportunities.
