We are committed to delivering high-quality results while prioritizing safety and fostering a positive work environment. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Driller/Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate drilling equipment with precision, ensuring safety and accuracy on each project.
Safely operate Excavators and Skid Steers on various job sites.
Lead and guide crew members, ensuring efficient and effective job execution.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subtrades, representing the company with professionalism.
Adhere to and promote a strong culture of health and safety, both on and off the work site.
Pay close attention to detail to meet project specifications and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Driller/Operator, with expertise in operating Excavators and Skid Steers.
1A or 5G Driver Classification.
Solid understanding of health and safety practices in the construction industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and guide a team.
Excellent communication skills for maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and subtrades.
High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
