Full job description

BOOKKEEPER REQUIRED for a local successful company in business for the past 30 years. This will be a permanent position with long term stability. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to come on board to assist our accounting department. This opening is intended to grow into a full cycle bookkeeper and we will train the right candidate for the position. Based on this, accounting experience is required, preferably post secondary education in accounting and 3-5 years experience in the field. Proficiency in Sage Quantum Accounting, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and payroll procedures would be skills necessary for this position.

A very competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
