Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential/Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in both residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and excellent service are valued. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional cleaning services.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Manage laundry tasks as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing
Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are used safely and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements or special requests
Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
Assist with light cooking or hospitality-related tasks if required by clients

Experience

Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and products is advantageous
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a plus
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is beneficial
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Ability to handle laundry tasks efficiently and maintain high standards of cleanliness

This position requires individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding cleaning services. Candidates should be able to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
