About us

Kingston Homes Ltd. is a Residential home builder based out of Spruce Grove, Alberta.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 12 to 8pm.

Candiate will be mainly responsible for office admin duties for a Concrete Flatwork Company ( All Western Contracting ltd).

We are in search of outgoing, friendly individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience in Office Admin and is capable of greeting customers warmly and engaging with them in an entertaining manner.

Administrative assistants Responsibilities (Priority)

Handle various tasks to support daily office operations, including:

- Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and setting up appointments to keep workflows organized and meet deadlines

- Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence while prioritizing urgent matters and maintaining professional communication

- Maintaining and organizing files, records, and documents in digital and physical formats for easy access and retrieval

- Preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets by compiling data and formatting information in a clear, professional manner

- Ordering office supplies, managing inventory levels, and coordinating equipment maintenance to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace

- Assisting with data entry, bookkeeping, and expense tracking by accurately recording financial transactions and reconciling reports

- Liaising with clients, vendors, and internal staff to relay information, schedule appointments, and support business operations

- Ensuring confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive information, company records, and financial documents

Showhome Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them as needed.
Be polite when dealing with customers.
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers.
Familiar with Residential home building process
Assist Cusomter in chosing colour and materials
Light cleaning duties of showhome

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Spruce Grove, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Office Adminstrator: 2 years (required)
