Full job description

Lorenz Developments Ltd. is a Squamish based General Contractor that has been working in the Sea to Sky for over 20 years. We are a dedicated group of skilled individuals who take pride in our work and love what we do. We have exciting projects in Pemberton, Whistler and Squamish. We have been voted best contractor 7 times in 10 years in the Squamish Chief Reader's Choice awards.

We are currently looking for experienced all-around carpenters to join our team. The right candidates have strong exterior and interior finishing experience, knowledge of building methodology and code related items. Projects are varied and will include strata maintenance, home renovations, insurance restorations and various general contractor related tasks. We are looking for someone to carry out all aspects of the construction process, including but not limited to demolition, structural framing and finishing.

Role requirements:

- Valid Drivers License

- Experience in residential construction and/or commercial tenant improvement settings

- Basic hand tools is a necessity, power tools is an asset

- Knowledge of framing, back framing, envelope and finishing systems an asset

- Journeyman or full ticket an asset
