Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth in energy modeling and large building airtightness testing solutions. This role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to engage clients, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in energy efficiency and building sciences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainable building practices while expanding your professional development in a collaborative environment.

Duties

Engage with clients during pre-sales activities to understand their needs and present tailored energy modeling and airtightness testing solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of our energy modeling software and testing services.
Develop and deliver technical presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and technical specifications of our offerings.
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand product features and translate complex technical information into clear value propositions.
Assist in the development of proposals, technical documentation, and project plans for large-scale building projects.
Support post-sales implementation by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and customer training as needed.
Build long-term relationships with clients through excellent service, technical support, and follow-up on project success.

Skills

Strong understanding of energy modeling, building sciences, and airtightness testing methodologies.
Demonstrated ability in pre-sales, including conducting product demos and articulating complex technical concepts clearly.
Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs, evaluating solutions, and providing data-driven recommendations.
Proven track record of technical sales experience within the building sciences or related fields.
Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels through presentations, proposals, and discussions.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional eager to leverage their technical expertise in a sales capacity while contributing to innovative solutions for sustainable building practices.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
