Laser Technican/Medical Aesthetician

We are seeking an experienced provider who is confident performing a range of advanced laser and skin treatments independently.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience performing medical aesthetic treatments in a clinical setting (non-negotiable)
Proven experience operating medical-grade laser devices (beyond laser hair removal)
Certification/diploma in Medical Aesthetics
Strong consultation skills with ability to assess, recommend, and upsell treatments ethically
Demonstrated retail performance and client retention
Strong Assets:
Experience with advanced laser platforms (e.g., Fotona, IPL, resurfacing, vascular/pigmentation treatments)
Experience with skin treatments (chemical peels, facials, advanced protocols)

Responsibilities:

Provide five-star holistic, ethical, and integral care to our dedicated patients
Be compassionate and understanding to facilitate comfortable and calm treatment
Own responsibility for performing medical aesthetic services on completion of training
Demonstrate the ability to safely operate and maintain equipment within safety standards and policies post-training
Maintain service and retail knowledge and provide clients with valuable recommendations and education
Show administrative duties to ensure the patient's appointment needs and expectations are achieved
Maintain adequate stock, inventory, and room preparation to provide an effortless flow of patient treatments
Allow for a flexible schedule to accommodate patient and clinic needs
Work effectively both independently and in a team
Possess the eagerness to build and grow a business
Participate in promotional and educational events
Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality

This role is not suitable for candidates who:

Are currently in school or have not yet graduated
Have experience limited to laser hair removal only
Are looking for a training-first or entry-level opportunity
