Location: Scott Drummond Motors – 501 Grand Rd, Campbellford, ON
Community: Trent Hills, Ontario – right beside the beautiful Trent River

We are growing our service team and are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about customer service, knowledgeable in automotive repair and maintenance, and eager to build a long‑term career—ideally with the goal of becoming a future Service Manager.

Position Overview

The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for our service customers. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with technicians and customers, and ensure every visit is handled with professionalism and care. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to grow within a dealership that invests in its people.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional service experience
Accurately document customer concerns and vehicle information
Provide clear explanations of recommended maintenance and repairs
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accurate repair orders
Follow GM processes, warranty guidelines, and dealership procedures
Maintain strong customer relationships through follow‑ups and updates
Prepare estimates, review invoices, and process payments
Support a positive team environment and uphold dealership values
Demonstrate leadership potential with interest in future Service Manager development

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive Service Advisor (GM experience an asset)
Strong knowledge of automotive service, maintenance, and repair terminology
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service department
Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS systems (asset)
Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality service
Career‑driven mindset with interest in leadership growth
