Full-Time, Part-Time, Casual & Contract Positions Available — Immediate and Ongoing Start Dates

Augury Healthcare is actively recruiting Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) from across Canada who are ready to take on meaningful and rewarding Long-Term Care (LTC) and Supportive Living assignments throughout Alberta.

There are numerous LTC shifts available, offering strong flexibility — work as much as you want with no cap on hours or number of shifts.

Compensation

(Rates vary by region, experience, and assignment type)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $38 – $45/hour
Travel, accommodations, and transportation support available for eligible assignments

Minimum Requirements

Active BLS certification
Active CLPNA license (or willingness to obtain)
Experience working in Long-Term Care, Supportive Living, or continuing care environments
Ability to work in rural and regional healthcare settings within Alberta

Key Responsibilities

Provide safe, high-quality care to residents in Long-Term Care settings
Support activities of daily living and chronic condition management
Follow individualized resident care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
Respond promptly to care needs and clinical situations
Maintain accurate documentation according to facility standards

Work Locations

Assignments available across Alberta, including:

Urban continuing care facilities
Regional health centres
Rural and remote communities
