Company Overview

Khaos Diesel is a small family owned and operated business located in Stony Plain. Since opening in May 2007, we have gained extensive experience in light duty diesel performance and repair. Our team is passionate about diesel trucks and actively participates in diesel events with our mobile dyno and race truck.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our business while supporting daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with automotive industry accounting practices.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records including:

Daily sales and purchasing entries.
Reconcile bank statements.
Oversee payroll processing and employee record management.
Handle general administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.
Assisting with warranty registration and claims.
Keep shop vehicle mileage logs.
Assist HR with employee onboarding.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably within the automotive or related industry.

Proficiency with accounting software, experience with Protractor would be an asset.
Strong understanding of payroll processing and financial reconciliation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
High accuracy in tracking funds and spotting financial discrepancies.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a small business environment.
Good communication skills, a team player, and a proactive attitude.
Knowledge of automotive industry terminology is advantageous.

Training

There will be comprehensive onboarding and training along with an extended transition period with current bookeeper/office manager.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
