Windsor Hall is a co-educational International Baccalaureate (IB) school in Richmond, BC, serving Grades 6–9. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and student-centered Middle School IB Teacher (MYP) to join our team for the 2026-2027 academic year.

This is an excellent opportunity for educators with IB MYP experience or those passionate about inquiry-based, concept-driven learning.

Subject areas may include:

English
Mathematics
Arts (Visual Arts/Drama)
ADST (Applied Design, Skills & Technologies)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver IB MYP - aligned units using concept-based and inquiry-driven instructions.
Design units of inquiry incorporating global contexts, key and related concepts.
Develop criterion-referenced assessments (MYP A-D criteria)
Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners.
Foster approaches to learning (ATL skills) and student agency
Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
Collaborate in IB unit planning and interdisciplinary learning
Contribute to school life through extracurriculars and community involvement

Qualifications

Valid BC Teaching Certificate (required)
Experience teaching middle school (Grades 6-9)
IB MYP experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with : Inquiry-based learning, Concept-based learning, and IB assessment practices
Strong classroom management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
