Full job description

You don't need to be the loudest person in the room to be great at sales. Some of the best salespeople are simply great listeners—they ask the right questions, understand people quickly, and know how to recommend the right solution with confidence.

We're looking for motivated Junior Sales Agents to join our growing team. You'll work with customers and prospective clients who are already interested in exploring their options, learn what they're looking for, and help them find solutions that make sense for their needs and budget. There is no cold selling involved; your focus is on making the most of genuine customer opportunities and delivering a great experience from start to finish.

One of the things that makes this role unique is the range of skills you'll use. It combines working directly with people, learning the technical side of our products and services, managing customer information and back-end processes, communicating professionally with clients, and keeping every interaction organized from first conversation through completion.

Whatever your previous experience looks like, there's a good chance you've already built skills that can transfer here. Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, technology, communications, or sales can bring valuable, transferable skills to the role.

We also welcome entry-level applicants. Because we hold our team to high standards, every new hire receives fully paid training and structured onboarding to learn our products, systems, processes, and approach before working independently.

What You'll Be Doing

Take ownership of assigned customer accounts and leads, managing each with professionalism, care, and organization
Connect with customers face to face, carefully evaluating their current setup, needs, and priorities
Walk customers through available products and services in a clear, confident, and easy-to-understand way
Identify customers who qualify for special packages, upgrades, or promotions; process their requests accurately; and maintain detailed records in our CRM
Answer questions, address concerns, and help customers feel confident in their decisions
Complete new customer enrollments accurately while handling sensitive customer information with the highest level of care
Use company-provided portals and systems for all customer communication and account management
Work closely with internal and external teams, escalating customer cases promptly when needed
Manage daily follow-ups and keep customer records organized and up to date
Work closely with your team and sales management to continuously strengthen your skills and performance
