Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient in various office software, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities. Previous experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but we welcome candidates with relevant administrative experience eager to learn. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and multitasking are valued.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients with professionalism and courtesy
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Handle filing, record keeping, and document management with attention to detail
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently
Assist with administrative tasks including proofreading documents, organizing files, and managing correspondence
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment

Experience

Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Strong computer skills including data entry, file management, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills required
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in front desk or receptionist roles highly preferred

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
