Senior Warehouse Associate

Position Summary
The Senior Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in supporting the successful execution of brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns, trade shows, and live events. This position is responsible for maintaining the organization's inventory of activation assets, preparing and loading equipment for projects, performing assembly and repairs, and ensuring the warehouse operates efficiently and safely.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. This individual takes ownership of warehouse operations, maintains a high standard of quality, and works collaboratively with production, logistics, and project management teams to ensure projects leave the warehouse complete, organized, and ready for execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations
- Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse that supports multiple concurrent projects.
- Receive, inspect, inventory, and store incoming assets, materials, and equipment.
- Pick, stage, and prepare assets for upcoming activations according to project requirements.
- Ensure all outgoing and returning assets are accurately tracked using inventory management systems.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits.
- Identify missing, damaged, or obsolete inventory and recommend replacement or repair.
Asset Assembly & Repairs
- Assemble custom displays, branded assets, furniture, fixtures, and activation components.
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment of activation assets to ensure they remain client-ready.
- Conduct quality inspections before assets are loaded for deployment.
- Coordinate repairs and communicate maintenance requirements to management.
- Maintain tools, hardware, and repair supplies.
Logistics & Truck Loading
- Safely load and unload company vehicles using efficient packing methods that maximize space while protecting equipment during transport.
- Ensure trucks are loaded according to project requirements, delivery schedules, and installation priorities.
- Verify that all required equipment, hardware, tools, graphics, and accessories are included before shipment.
- Assist drivers and installation crews with loading plans and project documentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification considered an asset).
Team Support
- Assist with training and mentoring junior warehouse staff on warehouse procedures, inventory management, equipment handling, and safe work practices.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Production, Fabrication, and Logistics teams to meet project timelines.
- Support warehouse process improvements that increase efficiency, organization, and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with warehouse setup, seasonal reorganizations, and special projects as required.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of warehouse, logistics, production, or asset management experience.
- Experience in experiential marketing, live events, trade shows, retail displays, or custom fabrication is considered a strong asset.
- Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
- Experience using inventory management software and barcode systems is preferred.
- Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
- Valid G-Class Driver's License required (DZ License considered an asset).

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly, with heavier lifting performed using appropriate equipment or team assistance.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Comfortable operating in both warehouse and outdoor loading environments.
- Ability to work overtime, evenings, or weekends during peak production periods when required.

Working Conditions
- Full-time, in-person role based at our Toronto office
- Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines
- Fast-paced, collaborative environment requiring strong organizational skills
- Primarily office-based with occasional physical activity (event prep, materials handling)
- Occasional travel for client meetings, site visits, or events
