Non-Sterile Compounder

Toronto, ON (East York) | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $25–$30+/hour

Hollingsgate Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing compounding pharmacy in Toronto to recruit a Non-Sterile Compounder.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team that is passionate about quality patient care and custom compounding. If you have hands-on non-sterile compounding experience and are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Compound a variety of non-sterile preparations, including creams, capsules, suppositories, suspensions, and other customized medications.
Accurately weigh, measure, mix, package, and label compounded products.
Follow NAPRA guidelines and internal SOPs to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe compounding environment.
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate completion of compounding orders.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of hands-on non-sterile compounding experience in a community pharmacy setting.
Strong understanding of non-sterile compounding techniques and pharmacy best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Someone looking for a long-term career with a growing organization.
