Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This full-time position will be responsible for managing a dedicated territory spanning from Trenton to Kingston.

This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by unlimited earning potential and are looking to build a successful career in sales. No fire protection experience is required, as we provide a comprehensive sales training program designed to develop successful sales professionals from the ground up.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
Conduct sales presentations and client meetings
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare and present sales proposals
Negotiate and close sales opportunities
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Maintain daily KPI reporting and activity updates
Manage your territory independently and effectively
Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding sales targets

Qualifications

Strong sales presentation and business development skills
Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
Proven sales success is an asset but not required
Previous fire protection industry experience is an asset but not required
Valid driver's license required
Reliable transportation required
