Full job description

Winright Law is looking for a full-time real estate paralegal / conveyancer with a minimum of 1-3 years of conveyancing experience, and familiarity with real estate and corporate law. Candidates with the following skill sets would be preferred:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to work well in a high-pressure environment;
Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize;
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google products;
Great organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
A desire to work in a fast-paced office and willingness to help out where needed;
Willing to learn about real estate, business, and wills and estates;
Is passionate and wants to grow with our law firm, long-term, and work in a vibrant fast-paced environment with a great team culture

Responsibilities

Manage property transactions, including purchases, sales, and refinances from start to finish.
Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents such as contracts and transfer documents.
Conduct title searches, property due diligence, and registrations.
Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Coordinate closings and manage transaction timelines.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
